SHIPPING & RETURNS
All orders are shipped within 2-4 business days. The estimated delivery time is after your order has been scanned by the shipping company and does not include weekends, holidays, or national days.
FREE SHIPPING WORLDWIDE
If you want to return any of your items, this is possible within 14 days after you have received your order. After 14 days we are not able to process any returns anymore. For all return requests, you must email info@thesimplestatements.de with your order number to get more instructions.
Everything must be returned in the same original unused condition. We do not accept any returns if an item has been used or damaged. Returns are closely inspected upon delivery. The customer is responsible for the return shipping fee + any customs fees. Paid shipping on orders is non-refundable.
CUSTOMS, TAXES, AND OTHER DUTIES
Understand that you are responsible for any, and all customs taxes, duties, and import charges that may occur upon the package arriving in your country. These charges are different depending on your countries rules. If a package is returned because of refusal to pay the customs fees you will not be applicable for a refund and no exceptions will be made.
